A New Northern Michigan

I'm a new brewer. I needed a new hobby I guess.

First batch was is a hard cider.....its in the secondary

2nd batch still in primary is an apple wine(from apples,not juice) from a recipe i found online

3rd batch was the rest of the apple and a fruit juice concetrate(mixed) followed a few different recipes. Experimenting with this one.

Still learning about yeast and the fermenting process. Not sure what I will brew next. I do not intend to brew much beer....but would like to do an easy one first.....any suggestions? I really enjoy honey brown.

My goal with the cider and the apple wine is to jack it or maybe even distill it down some.
