Watching the snow fall here, and thinking about brewing beer. Hey, I'm a poet and didn't even know it.
I've been brewing off and on now for about 11 years. Nothing special, still consider myself to have intermediate skills. Shocked at the recent prices of ingredients, though. LHBS had house-brand kits for $45+! Looks like it's time to go AG and buy in bulk.
