So one of the local breweries here in Arizona has a IPA that I absolutely love (Hop Knot, for those of you that have tried it.)

Four Peaks recently updated their website with MUCH more info about their beers, so now I have the following info.

6.7% ABV
8SRM
47IBU
HOPS: Cascade, Glacier, Magnum, Liberty, and Simcoe

This beer is definitely dry hopped a lot, so my question is, how would you use those 5 hops in this brew if you were to make it. I'm pretty sure it's dry hopped with Cascade and Simcoe.

I'm thinking:

.5oz ea Magnum and Liberty @ 60min
.5oz ea Magnum and Liberty @ 20min
1oz ea Cascade, Simcoe, and Glacier @ flameout
1oz ea Cascade and Simcoe Dryhopped

In case anyone stumbles across this, and is looking for a Hop Knot clone, my final receipe was:

5.5gal, Assuming 82% eff:
7.5lbs 2-row
3lbs Pale ale (3.0-4.0*L)
1.5lb Crystal 20L
Mash @ 152*
Safale US-05 (04 would also work)
.5oz ea Magnum and Liberty @ 60min
.5oz ea Magnum and Liberty @ 30min
2oz Cascade and 1oz Simcoe,@ flameout
1oz ea Cascade and Simcoe dry hopped for 7 days.
Targets: OG: 1.066, FG: 1.015, ABV: 6.7%, IBU: 46, SRM: 6.9L

Brew day went smooth, and it has been dry hopping for 3 days now. I'll report back in 10-14 days when I have it on tap.
