can any one tell me of a good conversion table= grams to cups for DME and corn sugar? thanks

Google is your friend. For grams to ounces. If you mean a cup is 8 ounces there are 226.796 grams.

Yes I used google....but I was thinking the dry ounces to gram ratio would be different depending on the product ....example: flour vs. table sugar ect. I found a old 1lb bag of DME in the cabinet and put it in the measuring cup and it equaled 3 cups...Thanks...Pat

Thanks everybody....Found the one pound bag after i brewed my Irish Stout...might be short on the fermentables:( It's a canned extract kit (Cooper brewmaster selection Irish Stout) I added 1lb dark DME, 2 1/2 cups Corn sugar, 8 oz of molasses...Think it will be alright it's in the fermenter now....
