While consolidating some yeast containers today I inadvertently combined WLP001 with WLP005 (or mixed up the lids). I'm sure this is not the first time this has ever been done. So, what happens if I use this "blended" yeast on a brew?

Thoughts, suggestions?

You should be fine if you use it. Maybe pick a recipe like a porter or a brown or even a pale that could work for either style. Otherwise, it shouldn't really be an issue. They're both fairly neutral.

Thanks...if this is the case I have the perfect brew to use it on.
