How far up do I want to put a coupler? I will order a False bottom so I will want the Drain Coupler a certain distance up but would like to keep working as I wait for the falsie.

I put my drain under the false bottom. It was a pain in the ass but it works really well. I had a 13 pound grain bill the other night and no stuck sparges. Also, I have about 1/2 a cup of liquid left in the bottom when it completely drains. Also makes evenly stirring the mash rather simple. Nothing to get in the way!
