I just got into making cider and wine a week or so ago with a small batch of pomagranet wine and decided to make a cheap small batch of cider to go with it. The recipe is
1L Simply apple juice
1 2/3cup sugar
1tsp of yeast
It's fermenting like crazy now but being its my first cider attempt I started questioning if it will be any good or not.
Anyone have any experience using simply apple? I know motts and treetop seem to be the more popular choices but I wanted to get a close to mashed apples as I could.
