Hello,

I'm going to be buying my first home this spring, and what better way to prepare than to order a couple of hop rhisomes?

I love British ales so I'm definately going to go for Kent Goldings. I was thinking of putting in Fuggles too for aroma/flavor. Do you guys think that'd be a good pair, or should I get something else? I really wanted Citra, but that's proprietary... boo hoo. I'm just looking for something with a distinct, kind of flowery/herbal taste to throw in during the last 15 minutes of boil or to dry hop with.

Fuggle or Mt Hood. Fuggle has better storage characteristics, but Mt. Hood has higher yields.
