Greeting From Hot AZ!

Hola Fellow Beerians!

I am a novice to brewing but love strong stouts. Know of any? Let me know! Just bottled some Dark Love Stout from a recipe of a local brew shop. I just went to the strong beer fest and WOW was it AWESOME! That is what I want to brew. I had the most amazing 11%ABV from Oak Creek Brewing Co. called King Crimson! Lighter than most I enjoy but boy was it tasty! That's the kind of beer I want to make. Any suggestions?

Welcome to HBT. I'd suggest looking for a recipe for a Russian Imperial Stout (RIS). Several good ones are available commercially too.
