How long between k meta and k sorbate

Add them at the same time, wait about a week to sweeten. At least that's what I've been doing for years.
Hmm I had read somewhere not to do this. I can't remember why but it was something to do with its not as effective. I can't remember if it's because of the year life cycle and how the two work or if it was because they react with each other and are not as effective. I can't find it anywhere now. I ended up waiting 12 hours between. Hopefully I don't blow any corks

I've always added them at the same time and i've never had a problem with fermentation kicking back up when back sweetening.
