The coolers I have, have plastic push button spigots. How can I remove these and add the ball valves I see on the ones that home brew stores sell?

And where can I get the ball valves, bulkheads, etc?

Thanks

If you use these parts from Lowes, you can do it easy.

From INSIDE to OUTSIDE:

(1) 1/2" x 1/2" FPT x Barb female adapter
(1) 3/4" SS flat washer
(1) 1 1/8" OD x 5/8" ID Rubber grommets (for inner and outer seal)
(1) A-836 1/2"MIP x 1 1/2" Brass pipe nipple
(1) 1 1/8" OD x 5/8" ID Rubber grommets (for inner and outer seal)
(1) 3/4" SS flat washer
(1) 1/2" threaded ball valve
(1) 1/2" x 1/2" MPT x barb Male adapter

Was about $15. You can attach a braid or false bottom at will on the inside.
