I am about to get off the road and be back home for more than a day or two, and plan on getting back to brewing.
However, to get to my question.
During Hurricane Ike I had several different varities of yeast in my refridge that were washed by me.
I was without electricity for a week, I tried to not open the door to much but I would say that they were at room temperature if not more for 4-5 days.
Think the yeast is still good?
They are stored in a small pint jars, following the instructions I found on this site for yeast washing.
Thanks
