This morning I'm going to be brewing up a Christmas spiced ale
the question I have is this. The recipe calls for 1 oz of allspice and 1 oz of clove. I picked up a bottle of each. Both in powder form. Each container holds .9 oz and seems a bit much. Most recipes I've seen use 1 teaspoon of each.
How much do you guys think I should add?
