Looking for a chili beer recipe

I picked up a loosie cave creek chili beer from world market today and was quite pleased with it.

Does anyone have a recipe for something along these lines? Is it just a cerveza with a peppern it?

From the few that I've tasted, it seems to work well to start with a light flavored base beer and add the chiles in secondary to get the desired flavor and heat. A cream ale seems like it would be a good base beer for adding chiles.
