Been 10 years since I picked up the spoon but... it's time. I'm a longtime beer geek who stopped homebrewing for years and have supported (and continue to support) local craft brewers, but as a fan of both A. cranberries and B. lambics I have finally gotten cheesed off at Sam Adams' pale shadow of the name and decided to brew my own on a wing and a prayer. Hoping to brew more lambic style brews in the future as the funky tartness is too addictive. Patience is everything with Uncle Brett!
