We pissed off those underage hooch makers so badly they went out and one upped us. College students and powdered booze, I guess they are smarter than us after all. I'll bet it tastes great, yeah!!!
 
The Japanese have promoted powdered alcohol off and on for at least a decade. They micro-encapsulate de-watered liquors. I suspect the tax-dodging hole gets plugged quickly.
 
marketing it for under 16. Wow how things are different. I can see 18 but damn 16 and under is young.
 
In that country it says 16 is the legal drinking age, so that would make sense. I can't believe it tastes good at all or it'd be a bigger hit.
