Yo, my name is Christophe, I'm 19 and I'm new to brewing and the board. I'm really interested in beer and homebrew though. I haven't bought a kit yet because I want to learn some of the basics first but I can't wait to get started. I'm from Tempe, AZ and I go to ASU. My top 5 favorite beers in no particular order are Sam Adams Summer Ale, J.W. Dundee's Honey Brown, Sam Adams Double Bock, Killians, and Pyramid Apricot. I guess thats about it.
