Can anyone recommend a good yeast for a wit and a schwartz ?
I believe S-23 or a german lager yeast is good for the schwartz and witbiers use a belgium witbier yeast.
Are there any others to consider ?
Any general suggestions / advise / recipes when brewing these beers ?
