Hell no! If they're too lazy to get off their ass to punch a ballot, I don't want them voting.

I like George Carlin's take...he never votes.

Whenever someone complains about the people in office and they voted for him he says "blame yourself" I didn't vote for him...you did!

Only in some states (26) are the electors required by law to vote in the manner of the state's popular. The remaining usually do, are expected to - but are not in any way required to. These sources aren't the best, but the best I could find quickly.

See this is why I love Oregon's vote by mail. I can sit on my ass and vote like the TV tells me to, then mail the ballot in.
