Hello all,

I am currently searching for some three gallon all grain recipes. If anyone could point me in that direction it would be great. Thanks in Advance

take any 5 gallon recipe and divide by 5 and multiply by 3 ;)

i got one for ya:

6 lbs Vienna Malt

0.6 oz Northern Brewer (8% AA) - 60 min
0.6 oz Northern Brewer (8% AA) - 20 min
0.6 oz Northern Brewer (8% AA) - 5 min

Nottingham Yeast

Mash at 152°F

simplest, tastiest recipe ever.

I have brewed a few 3 gallon all grain batches and will brew more in the winter months ( two feet of snow on the deck is more than I care to deal with.) Beersmith comes in handy for the figures. Lost most of my recipes when my computer crashed. Generically speaking :

6lb malt
1 to 1 1/2 lbs crystal malts
1.5 oz hops

Enough sparge water to make a 4 gallon boil

Of course adjust the various types of malts and hops to the style of beer your making.
