I brewed this last fall and called it a Kolsch. It got rave reviews from everyone that tried it. I have friends requesting it quite frequently now, and it's going to be one of my go-to beers. But is it a Kolsch? I've looked at all of the style guidelines I can find, and everything seems to fit except the yeast. Would that knock it out of the style?

I think one of the big determinants of a Kolsch is that it's lagered. Are you lagering?
