Just thought I would share..
Today my kettles arrived from the local metal fab.
They are 200L with all fittings welded to them
This is going to be an electric setup controller by the BrewTroller.
Also here is a pic of my heat exchanger...
This coming weekend I will be working on the stand and maybe some plumbing work.
By the way, this is all being done in Cordoba, Argentina
