Using a regular keg

I have a kegerator that I built about a year back. It is hooked up with the connections for my corny kegs which is what I use with my homebrew. I am able to fit 2 corny kegs inside the minifridge no problem. My question is this. I am having a party in 2 weeks and was thinking about picking up a keg from a liquor store to fulfill the needs of the party. Rather than pay for the deposit on the tap, is there any way I can fit it in my kegerator and use my existing connections in there? (CO2 and beer tap line) I would like to use my existing connections to make things as easy as possible. Is this do-able with my existing connections or am I out of lock?
