Forgot to strain hops

I forgot to strain the hops out before adding it to my fermenter. Can I strain it out before I begin to bottle, or has the hops already changed the flavor by sitting in the fermenter for a week during the fermenting process? Is this batch ruined?

The hops in the primary will not cause a problem, though they might change the flavor slightly (making it more hoppy). I use pellet hops for bittering and no matter what I do, some particles end up in the ferment. Let them settle out with the trub.
