hey all!

So, i've never looked into this before, but i'm starting to look closer at my numbers.
Is there a way to plug a recipe in somewhere (couldn't find it within my beersmith) and see what the first runnings of my wort are supposed to be? that way i can see if i need to mash longer or if i would need to fix anything along the way.

thanks! :)

Can someone explain why, if you get full conversion in 60 minutes, mashing longer would get you a higher gravity?
I've found in my own brewery/garage that sparging seems to be a better way to improve my efficiency versus letting 2-row mash for 90 minutes.
