So it's been in the closet less than 9 hours so I'm not even concerned at this point. The temp on my bucket is showing 63-65. It's 21 outside right now and I know it will warm up here as it will outside (high 50's). Should I just let it be or should I wrap it in a towel or something

Does your closet stay at that temperature? If it only gets to the high 50s outside I wouldn't expect the closet to change a whole lot unless its on the outside of the house that sun would beat on it. So I would leave it alone. You can always opt for the swamp cooler approach

Temps seem fine. Don't warm it up, it'll warm up during fermentation, just make sure it stays below 70. I assume this is an ale?
