Hi i'm looking to get a good book on all grain brewing.Can anyone recommend a good book on the basic process of all grain brewing and the equipment needed?
There is a terrific series of books available called the Classic Beer Style Series published by the Association of Brewers. They cover a myriad of brewing styles
Horst Dornbusch's books are in depth and well written as well as the books and articles by Terry Foster.
Dave, check out this previous thread on the subject. Also, when I made the leap to AG, I found that this siteand the folks right here on this forum helped me more than any book!
