So SWMBO went to Applebees the other day and had a peach sangria and is demanding that I make it for her. I was confused about this as it was a white wine in appearance. I have made several meads now, and understand melomel's and mixing fruit, was just wondering if anyone knows what a good white wine recipe is for this "Sangria" or if it's even called that when it's not red wine.
