howdy,
i may've pitched too hot or killed the yeasties trying to make a starter. in any case, if no fermentation starts in my sweet milk stout after ~3 days, i'm going to repitch. this is an extract kit from northern brewer. it came with wyeast 1028 london ale yeast.

the replacements i have lying around are:
safbrew s-33
muntons general yeast
wyeast 1056 american ale

are any of these reasonable replacements?

cheers,
blakelock
