Two oatmeal stouts and a Frankenbeer (mix of kettle leavins from the stout and a friend's porter) ferment madly in my chest freezer.

Of note, the Frankenbeer is fermenting in a Utz pretzel canister. #1 PET like Better Bottles. Perfect for a little batch like this.

That is beautiful. It brings a tear to my eye. There is nothing in the world better than fermentation. Well, except beer.

Of course- I have nothing in primary. Nothing in secondary. No brewing until March at the earliest. I have nothing to live for, except to hang out here and look at photos of other peoples beer.

I'm a sad, sad case, I guess. :D
 
hey nostalgia, how much can you fit in that pretzel container?

Did the pretzel smell/taste affect the beer at all?
