I just received a 1lb. jar of c-brite. the directions say 2oz. per 2.5 gal of water. how do i measure 2 oz. or what would be the equivelant in teaspoons or tablespoons? i'm just trying to be percise. thanks guys!

You have to weigh it I think. It is dry has a different volume then wet stuff. I got c Brite with my first kit, switched to Star San after the first batch.
If I remember, c brite says it is no rinse, but it contains bleech that should be rinsed.
So, be careful if not rinsing it.

12 teaspoons is really wrong. They make small one use packages. They are 0.8 oz. and they make 2 gallons of no-rinse solution. The packs are small, it can't be more than a tablespoon (3 teaspoons). Time to get a scale or borrow one.
