I got my 13 gallon HLT

15 gallon mash tun

15 gallon boil kettle

What do I need to do? Just a fast run through of how to do all this so I ca write it all down in my book for tomorrow.

Do you have pumps or hoses? I would transfer a few gallons from your HLT to boil kettle and make sure it will flow without you having to touch any pots. The less lifting and moving of the kettles the better. The last thing i would suggest is getting everything laid out. For me organization makes the difference between fun and work. If everything is laid out in order of when you will use it, it will make life easy.

Last thing make sure you have fun and relax... It is SERIOUSLY near impossible to mess this up. Get sugar water and dump yeast. As long as everything is sanitary you will make beer!

If you are using pumps, make sure you have an effective means of priming them.
