is there a burner or a way to generate high flame using (propane) with out intense pressure and sound ..like the one attached or maybe close to it

thank you

From the flame and the sound of the burner you are trying to use either a NG or low pressure propane burner with high pressure propane. The gas jet on the valve body has too large an opening, to much gas for the air flow is giving the yellow white flames and the gas noise. You need something on the order of a #60 or 1MM drill bit size opening for the gas, this will make the gas flow fast enough to draw the needed air in and make the flame much cleaner and stronger. If you can not find a new jet, fill the opening with solder and re-drill to #60 or 1 MM, then it should work much better with 10 PSI or .68 Bar pressure.
