Ok, so I was bottling a Mexican Pilsner that I made for a friend. It's in a keg so I was using Beirmuncher's method.
Anyhow, I get 12 bottles done, and I look over at my reg, and I'm out of gas. So much for doing more then 12 tonight.
So I start cleaning things up, and I reach down to close the bottle......it's already closed. Yup, I didn't even open it up to begin with. Still have 1000 psi! :rockin:
And that's why I'm dumb LOL
Oh, and the Pils, is alright. It fermented at 70* and stayed in primary for a month I believe and then I kegged it. Yeah, exact opposite of how a pilsner is supposed to be done HAHA. I was going to brew this for myself later on down the road, but I don't think I will anymore.
