I have a batch of Porter in bottles that I overcarbed, is there anything I can do to salvage this batch? :confused:
 
With the bottles at an intermediate temperature - about 60-65F, or room temperature, open them to release pressure, and then recap.
 
Or you can simply pour the bottle(s) into a pitcher or other container and serve from that.
