Using this yeast today for a batch. It'll have 24 hrs on it . Is that enough time for a good activation? Seems like tje yeasties are starting to kick it up
 
How large of a brew are you planning on making with this dry yeast? Usually there is plenty of yeast cells to use in dry yeast packets for a 5-6 gallon size brew and a starter is not recommend for dry yeast.
