I'm brewing a mocha porter. I added 4 oz of cocoa to the boil, and when I tasted my hydro sample after 1 week, the choco taste was spot-on. I'm wondering what the deal is with adding coffee. Should I brew a pot, let it cool, then add to my secondary, OR, should I grind some beans, put them in a hop sack, and cold brew in my secondary?
