Worked at a apple orchard/cider mill over the summer which really peaked my interest in making Cider. After doing research and a lot of time spent on the forums, I formulated a batch of plain apple working in my secondary and now Im kind of hooked which lead me to formulate a batch Blackberry/Apple Cider now in primary.
