Looking good. May I ask, the reasoning for the Splenda, rather than a sugar? I'm really just curious. I've read about some people using stevia to sweeten as well, and I'm thinking the calories saved aren't enough to be of much consequence.
 
Splenda because it was what I had on hand. Ended up being 3/4 tsp to the sample 8 ounces which translated out to 4 tbsp for the gallon.
