So i'm thinking of doing a 10 gallon batch of a wheat beer i make, i was wondering should i buy two tubes of yeast or make a starter and i should be good?

A starter would be the most logical choice if you are using liquid yeast.

For my Firat 10 Gallon Batch (Which consequently was heff), I used 2 Activator Packs of 3068, and I went with my normal 1 litre Starter for each of them. Worked out Great as I am drinking the results from the kegerator as I type.

Hefs are best made with liquid yeast and make a starter of adequate size.
