on lower calorie beers that still taste good. i'm on a diet but sometimes i just have to have a beer. guiness is pretty good but is somewhat lacking imo.

Just pull what the monks used to do, no food while fasting but fasting did not include beer!
Try a belgian table beer though. Mash high with low amount of grain, carb high, and you're set for high flavor with low cals
