Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad your enjoying it. No need to buy it though just see post #6 on this page and you can see me brewing it and you can see the whole recipe and brew up your own batch. I must say that it was the best smelling wort that I have ever collected. And i loved the results using the wyeast 1318.

That probubbily tastes better in the can like you have, I had Bitburger once in a bottle and the bittering/hop flavor was like bile/vomit but would like to try it not in a skunked bottle once. Nice to get PAID $2 to drink 5L of beer.. and I have to say.. wow.. I now know why the Germans said BMC tasted like crap.. thier Pilsners are AWESOME.
BTW.. already floated the 5L keg with my 22 year old son in an afternoon. I would go get another.. but well that probably wouldn't be a good idea since I have to drive to go get it.

I had that yesterday and really enjoyed it. I'm going to pick up some more for sure.
Going to have to have a rain check on my Abbey tour. My dog/brew partner had a go round with a porcupine. Emergency vet trip it is.

A Local brewery stout.. Dry, organic, and tasty!

That sucks. Hope it all works out.
Mr. Nic,
I brewed a clone of this tonight. My numbers were a bit low, but I hope it turns out to be okay.
