Hey all,
I'm new to home brewing and I've got a quick question about cold crashing. I've got a blonde ale that's been in the primary for two weeks and i was thinking about cold crashing it to promote clarity. Two questions:
1) how long should it cold crash before bottling?
2) will the extreme cold kill the yeast preventing them from turning the priming sugar in CO2 in the bottles?
Thanks
