My first batch, a part grain amber ale, has been in the bottles for two weeks now. I have sampled a few bottles along the way, and it has generally gotten gradually better. Today I tried one (ok, two actually). It is clear and tastes pretty good. It has a bit of fizziness to it, but the one thing I have noticed is it has very little head. Is that something that could develop more yet with longer conditioning?
