Ok, I know they're pricey. Aside from that, does anyone here own/use one of these, or know of someone who does??

I'm curious how efficient the cooling is from the pelt devices, and how usable these things would be to ferment in a lager range (they advertise 30-35 degrees below ambient temps).
???

guess noone knows anything of value about these things.

Kinda points me away from looking at them in a viable fashion.

Now I gotta figure out how to rig up a glycol chilling coil....

Any ideas?

I use the glycol chilling method for my conicals.
Installed internal stainless coils.
You will find some neat external installed cooling coil designs.
No idea how well the TEC cooled units work.
