Anyone know what kind of water profile Hattiesburg has? I've been doing extract and using distilled but I'm switching to all grain after Christmas and plan on using community water.
I brewed in West Hattiesburg for about 6 years. I don't know what the profile is but I can tell you that I never had quality issues and always made great beer. Open your tap and save some cash on distilled water. Come on in, the waters fine!
