that isnt the only brew-pub in NH. because it isn't Martha's Exchange and thats a BP in nashua NH.

Remember.....good businesses are rarely for sale...and if they are.....it's not going to be a bargin price.

From what i can tell these are pictures of Milly's Tavern in Manchester. Maybe they mean that Milly's is the only brewpub in Manchvegas. Not only is Marthas in Nashua, but theres Flying Goose off of 89, Woodstock Inn in Woodstock, Portsmouth Brewery in Portsmouth.
I drink at Milly's fairly regularly too. $1 drafts and 50% apps from 4-7 every Monday-Friday. Can't beat it. They have never figured out their clientelle. You'll see yuppies after work drinking until 7, when a rap band shows up for the night. The following night they'll be playing country or metal or punk ....
They've been looking for a new head brewer for a long time now too...

That is f**kin wierd. No way they would sell a brew pub for a million on craigslist if it is as good as they make it sound

If I had a million dollars i'd buy a green dress and a brewery.

This sale will make the 3rd time in less then 8 years that this place has changed hands. And to be Honest, Milly's does not Brew the best beer.
