I'M drinking some of this stuff that had been on the yeast cake for ten weeks and in a keg carbing for three. Three glasses in and I'm toast! Thank the Lord for spellcheck!!! and thank you EdWort for probably making me sleep on the couch. Lucky its a good sleepin' couch....

I made my first batch of apfelwein last night and I can't wait to try it out. I 'm gonna wait 3 weeks then start another batch. Also getting a 4 keg setup to free up my filled carboys. I have 30 gallons all around the house!
 
Oh I woke up with a slamming headache today..... that and I had nasty Apfelwein sour hangover breath too. At least I made it in bed!
