I brewed a Maibock yesterday and made my first ever started (2L). I forgot to leave room in the primary (6 gal) for the starter, so after top off water when I went to pitch, I got up closer to the 5 3/4 area. I knew that with a healthy fermentation I'd need a blowoff tube, so I attached the better bottle blow off to the better bottle. When I woke up this morning I had tons of krausen going through the tube and it's still going.

My question is, since this is mostly yeast going through the tube (with the co2), do I need to worry about not having enough yeast left over to finish the job and later carb my bottles? I'm pretty sure that there will still be more than enough, but I'd like to be 100% sure. Thanks.
