So i thought i was going to bottle this weekened but it ends up I have no time to make it work. The only chance i can see having is next weekend. That will put this wheat into 3 weeks in the primary. The basement where it has been the whole time has held a consistent temp of 60degrees. I don't think it will be a problem but let me know if it is. Thanks.

I doubt the malt bill would have anything to do with it. More like the yeast strain. However, 3 weeks is generally fine. Plus, any extra yeast flavor will probably be in style.

alright, midfielder, it's on it's way, it might be frozen solid by the time it gets there though....

good news thanks
